Refund Policy

At The Elicha Michelle Experience, we take pride in creating customized catering services and platters with fresh, high-quality ingredients. Because our items are perishable and prepared to order, we have the following refund and cancellation policy in place:

Deposits & Payments

A non-refundable deposit of [X%] is required to secure your booking.

The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than [X days before the event].
Cancellations

14 days or more before the event: Cancellations will receive a refund of any payments made, minus the non-refundable deposit.

13days or less before the event: No refunds will be issued, as supplies and labor will already have been committed..

Order Modifications

Any changes to guest counts, menu items, or services must be requested at least 7 days before the event.

We will do our best to accommodate modifications, but they may be subject to additional charges.

Refund Exceptions
Refunds will not be issued for:

Last-minute cancellations (within 13 days of the event).

Dissatisfaction due to personal taste preferences.

Food not consumed after delivery or event service.

Event Issues
If The Elicha Michelle Experience is unable to fulfill your order due to unforeseen circumstances (such as severe weather, emergencies, or events beyond our control), we will provide either:

A full refund, or
-
A credit toward a future event, based on your preference.
