The Elicha Michelle Experience LLC is committed to ensuring that our website and services are accessible to all people, including individuals with disabilities, in compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act, and the accessibility standards adopted by Lee County, Florida.

What web accessibility is

An accessible site allows visitors with disabilities to browse the site with the same or a similar level of ease and enjoyment as other visitors. This can be achieved with the capabilities of the system on which the site is operating, and through assistive technologies.

  • Our site is regularly reviewed for compliance and improved where necessary.

Grievance Procedure

If you believe that we have not provided reasonable accessibility, you may submit a complaint to us including:

 

  • Your name and contact information

  • The URL/page where you experienced an issue

  • A description of the accessibility barrier

  • Your preferred method of communication

 

 

We will acknowledge your request within 15 business days and work toward a resolution within 30 business days, consistent with Lee County’s accessibility standards.

No Surcharges

We do not impose surcharges for providing auxiliary aids, accessible communication, or reasonable modifications.

Accessibility is an ongoing effort. We will continue to review our digital content, policies, and services to ensure equal access for all members of our community and clients in Lee County, Florida.
